Now coming to Amazon's part (the seller): If a product is offered as a part of a lightening deal we at least expect the product description to be reliable. A decision has to be made in a minute or two which will cost hundred's of dollars. One of the main use of a laptop for me is skype. A missing webcam and mic implies I will have to spent more money and also carry an additional thing wherever I take this laptop. Edit: I contacted the amazon customer service and they are working for a resolution. The reply was prompt which earns them a star more. |
